Shailha is a native New Yorker with a deep admiration for storytelling. She's been with Diverso since its inception--serving as Executive Director from 2021 to 2022 and currently as a member of the Board. She previously interned at MACRO, WME, and The Black List under the Oscars Academy Gold Rising Program. Graduating from Columbia University with a degree in Computer Science and Middle Eastern, South Asian, & African Studies, she currently works as a Product Manager at American Express.
