Jalissa Jackson

A new graduate of UCLA, Jalissa Jackson is a costume designer, screenwriter, and director who uses her work to promote a more diverse and inclusive entertainment industry. She has led Diverso’s operations as co-Executive Director and is a two-time Director of Diverso’s Fellowship Programming, coordinating with speakers such as Steve Canals (POSE), Derek Kolstad (JOHN WICK), and The Daniels (EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE). Recently, Jalissa had the privilege of being selected as a Costume Designer for the inaugural cohort of Issa Rae's ColorCreative: Find Your People Program.
