Shemar Holmes: A Case of the Killer Groove
Logline: While filming the final installment of Sherlock Holmes parody films, a waning Blaxploitation star attempts to solve a real-life mystery to unlock his character's truth.

Jalen is a writer, actor, and comedian from Nashville, TN. Jalen currently performs in Chicago, where he obtained a degree in Comedy Filmmaking from DePaul University (his most expensive accolade to date). He’s the co-founder and executive producer of Sketchy As Hell Productions, where he writes, directs, and stars in comedy sketches. Other recent performances include sketch comedy at Second City, stand-up at the Den Theater, and Improv at the IO Theater.
