Logline: When 17-year-old Martin Clay develops telekinesis after a freak accident, he is forced to navigate his new reality of high school and Black heroism.

Jake is a former football player turned screenwriter from UNC Chapel Hill. Hailing from Charlotte, he recently wrapped his first staffing gig on The Crossover on Disney+. Jake also has a feature project set up with director JD Dillard and BoulderLight Pictures with an A-List director attached. He believes that weaving resonant social commentary in crime, horror, action, and sci-fi will help further elevate conversations in Hollywood and abroad.. as well as knowing that there's a lot of fun to be had when things go bump in the night.
