Gustavo is a screenwriter at Chapman University's Film School originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. With no roots in the USA, Gustavo gravitates toward telling stories of immigrants and belonging while finding his own place in this ever-expanding universe. These experiences have led him to intern at NBCUniversal's Entertainment Scripted Department, where he has been deeply involved in the development of new series for Peacock and other NBCU brands.
