After pivoting from finance and beginning her entertainment career at DreamWorks, Elsie went on to head development at Bruce Willis’ production company and oversaw BAFTA-winning and Emmy-nominated director Kari Skogland's (The Handmaid's Tale) production company, Mad Rabbit. She ran the Rideback TV Incubator (Aladdin, The LEGO Movie) and was most recently an executive producer on Hulu's Interior Chinatown. She currently serves as Head of Scripted TV at CJ Entertainment.
