Logline: After a young Muslim woman is wrongfully divorced, she is forced into a temporary marriage with a stranger to remedy the reckless actions of her first husband.

Arianna Hairston is a Black and Pakistani writer from rural Pennsylvania. A 2021 graduate of Yale University with BAs in Religious Studies and Psychology, she also completed pre-medical requirements before deciding to pursue her passion for screenwriting. Arianna credits her multicultural background for her passion of writing BIPOC coming of age stories with a clash of cultures. Currently, Arianna is completing an M.F.A in screenwriting at the American Film Institute Conservatory.
